  • Learn how to meditate, becoming present in your life and clear. Mindfulness gives you access to you the ability to find stillness and calm in both the easy and difficult times.

  • Sessions last 30 minutes each.

  • Meditation sessions are priced at $75 per session.

Group Meditation Class

  • Group meditation sessions can be 4-25 participants. You will learn how to meditate, becoming present and clear. Mindfulness helps one find stillness and calm in both the easy and difficult times.

  • Group classes are 45 minutes long.

  • Group sessions are $20-$25 per participant.
