Individual Integrative Yoga

Our session will start with 5-10 minutes of checking-in. You will share where you are at emotionally and what you currently need. We will then go into 30 minutes of yoga tailored to your needs. We will close out with 5-10 minutes of processing and checking in on what work we did in our session and how you will integrate it into your life moving forward. Yoga that leaves you connected, clear, and aware of your needs & desires.

Group Integrative Yoga

Group integrative yoga sessions are focused on helping all participants become aware of the mind-body connection and heal any trauma still being stored in the body. Group classes can be anywhere from 4-20 participants.

Classes are 60 minutes long.

Group sessions are $20-$25 per participant.

Remember that all bodies are different, we all have different needs and capabilities and that is what makes us all so beautiful. Own your body and own wherever you are on your yoga journey because I will be meeting you exactly where you are.

Regular yoga classes typically have 5-60 other students. Your yoga teacher is unable to give you the individualized attention that you deserve. In our session, I have the ability to focus on just you and your body’s needs. Using my clinical therapy hat, I help combine yoga and mental work in one so that you are able to truly become present and integrate the yoga we do into your day-to-day life. Most yoga teachers are not also clinically trained therapists.
